The social welfare corporation Yamato Seijukai HAYAMA International Language School (hereinafter
referred to as "our school") provides all personal information to HAYAMA International Language School
regardless of whether it is a student, a guardian, or a business partner. We are responsible for appropriately
protecting the personal information (hereinafter, "personal information") of the person (hereinafter,
"person") as a business operator handling personal information, and we will strive to protect personal
